The servers had no clue what gluten is and whuch dishes had it in. She started asking me if potatoes are gf and such. I asked whether chowder was gf, she said she didn't know but she will ask the chef. However, she never came back to tell me if it was safe for me or not, my nonceliac husband was eating it anyways. Both waitresses were kind of rude and seemed bothered by any question i had. The food was good overall, grilled seabass was a nice dish but it was covered with some eggwash or something like that not just grilled as i was told by the waitress. Not sure we will be back.

My server was friendly and assured me almost none of their cooking uses flour or other sources of gluten - and she seemed to know what she was talking about. She said the exception is the fried oysters, but that the preparation is kept very separate.
