The staff was knowledgable about cross contamination and super nice. For the dipped ice cream she offered to wash the scoop and her hands but cautioned me that they had gluten containing ice cream (like cookies and cream) in the same freezer (as ice cream that doesn’t contain gluten) so could not guarantee it would be safe. Happily, the soft ice cream is gf. She washed her hands and even washed down the dispenser before serving me. Without me even asking her to. It was delicious!
