Review of P.F. Chang's

We needed a restaurant that was truly GF (I'm celiac) and truly kid-friendly (my daughter and I were crossing the entirety of the state en route to Vermont, and my 2- and 4-year old grankids were along for the ride). P.F. Chang's appears on everyone's list. I admit, my ginger chicken and broccoli tasted pretty good, and I did not suffer any ill effects. However, it took over an hour for us to be served, and that's asking a lot of such young children (or anyone). Though they provide a cute paper mat for coloring (and crayons), they don't offer anything in the way of kid-sized cutlery or bowls; the kids were expected to use some of the largest, heaviest forks I've ever seen at a restaurant! Not quite sure why we were left in limbo for so long -- no explanation for the endless wait was provided -- but we would never, ever return.
