Review of P.F. Chang's

I have celiac (and am very sensitive) and have eaten here safely for years. They have a separate food prep station and use all different woks and utensils. I always call my order in and specify that I have celiac/severe gluten allergy and if they could mark it for that. They are always very accommodating and very knowledgeable.

GF Mongolian beef, Chang’s spicy chicken, and pork fried rice are my faves.
