Make sure you ask for manager and explain that you require allergy protocol. They are really good ONLY IF you order with a manager. Daughter was glutened once when the waiter was insistent that they would handle it with kitchen and didn’t call manager. We visit this place regularly - about once a week - and no incidents at all IF manager takes order. Managers already know my daughter and her order. They use dedicated Wok, plates, and plastic utensils (we request these utensils).
