Review of P.F. Chang's

The staff was very knowledgeable in regards to Celiac Disease. One of the first questions the waitress asked after greeting our table was “did anyone have any allergies?” She assured me that they have a separate gluten-free kitchen area and that I was safe. I had the gluten-free lettuce wraps and the gluten-free Mongolian beef. Both were extremely delicious and I never became ill.
