Review of P.F. Chang's

Dedicated gluten free menu. Separate prep area in the kitchen. Labels entree containers with gluten free stickers. So far it's seemed safe.

Amendment to my original opinion. Got the GF Singapore blackened chicken from here on 4/14/17 and got insanely sick for 2 days within 5-6 hrs of eating. I'm disappointed bc this was a lifeline for me when I wanted something different. Someone messed up and it's time they look at their processes again. Can't be the chicken rice or peppers? Could it be the sauce that was used?
