Phat Bites

Phat bites offered gluten free bread for their sandwich. This sandwich was NASTY. The bread was literally just regular GF sliced bread which they toasted (no clue how they toasted it, tbh could have been contaminated). And it was dry and fell apart on top of somehow being greasy and a horrible flavor all at once.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

Enjoyed the Jake V sandwich on gluten free bread-they understood cross contamination and knew to change gloves and try to take precautions even though it is in no way a gluten free establishment.

I wish I could give this zero stars. They are extremely unknowledegable and rude to me in regards to being gluten free. I would just think that specializing in vegetarian and healthy dishes the place would have a gluten free menu and be knowledgeable but it is far from it. Plus they make you feel like you are a huge inconvenience to them.
