Ate dinner here tonight. Host (Chris) reviewed the menu with me and double checked with the chef. I had the salmon on steamed spinach - tasty and healthy. Our waiter (Emad) was also very attentive and knowledgeable.

Chef was very knowledgable. Server seemed to be quite aware as well but checked with chef to be certain. Awesome GF bun substitute available for no extra charge.
