I asked for a GF menu, but they said they didn't have one. However, they said the only things with gluten were the croutons, onion rings, and sandwich rolls. The fries were made in a dedicated fryer. That made it very easy to order, and the food was delicious.

Ask for the gluten free menu when you go to the front desk to order. Best bbq outside the south that I have found.

great food! had my wedding rehearsal dinner here, with several guest needing.g GF, including myself. it was nice to have a staff who was knowledgeable about CS and GF needs, and great that I didn't get sick on the night before my wedding! :)
