I called to ask if they could do gluten free as an allergy. They asked if I had any other allergies. The main dishes with gluten are the ones you would expect (eggrolls, chicken wings, vegetarian duck dish I think he said) but the majority of the menu is gf bc they use gf soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce. They even checked a bottle of the fish sauce for me to confirm. They were so kind about it all and I felt really welcome- pretty refreshing for what often is the answer when you call a restaurant.
I got a soup and a noodle fish which were great. Feeling well so far! I’m excited to come back.

Most of the menu is gluten-free. The waiter pointed out which options weren’t, and reassured me that cross-contamination is taken seriously in the kitchen. I ordered the chicken with chili sauce, green beans, and red bell peppers and it was so delicious!
