Excellent food, great GF selection on a separate GF menu (just ask). Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the GF preparation. Our daughter is very sensitive to cross contamination and we had no issues here. Will definitely visit again!

I loved eating at Pho 1 Grill! I have had celiac disease for the past five years and am very sensitive to cross contamination. I used to eat Vietnamese food at least once a week, and have missed it so much since being diagnosed. The food at Pho 1 grill was amazing and just as good as the gluten containing Vietnamese food I ate growing up. They have a gluten free menu and were educated about allergies and steps to prevent CC. I got chicken broken rice and two different rolls, everything was excellent. My boyfriend who doesn’t have celiac disease also enjoyed his meal. I am currently eating my leftovers, and will definitely be returning soon!

This is hands-down the best pho broth I have ever had. I eat a lot of pho all over the country. This is the best broth so far.

Ate here a few weeks ago and did not get sick. I believe there was a seperate GF menu. Server was attentive to allergy making sure to let the kitchen know. I had 2 different types of spring rolls and pho. The spring rolls were good. The Pho was amazing, broth was flavorful. Will definitely be back. Did not have a reaction after meal.

Fabulous! We ordered Pho and a few other entrees/appetizers. A couple of us were celiac and we both felt fine after all of our meals here. Absolutely delicious!!!!! They are very educated about gluten free and cross contamination.

I’ve spoken with the owners and they are very considerate of those with food allergies as the owner has one himself. He showed me the gluten free soy sauce they use and told me about the separate food prep space they have in the kitchen. Glad they have a separate GF menu, but I always remind them that I’m celiac, just in case.

The food is great, and the staff is really knowledgeable. I do recommend alerting the staff that you’re celiac ahead of time because some of the items on the gluten-free menu have a gluten version as well.
