It breaks my heart that Pho is such a dangerous restaurant for us allergy Folk.. Because **everything is incredibly delicious**
It's nearly impossible to order and feel safe. Ways to order online are not reliable insofar as having the option to list food allergies, replacements, or modifications like - "Don't put the peanuts on top" - When calling to order, the staff couldn't be more friendly and kind... But there is language barrier that can be difficult when trying to explain restrictions.
Their chefs are *talented* and make incredible meals - but aren't trained well in food allergies. Though again, extremely friendly and willing to help.
I hope someday I can go into their restaurant in person during a slow time and really weed out if there is ANYTHING I can still eat there... Because I can't stress enough how AMAZING their food is.

Informal restaurant with Vietnamese and Thai food. They have rice noodle bowls with option of beef, chicken, or seafood. We have gotten takeout and they are accommodating for our celiac teenager.
