Staff was extremely reluctant to answer any question with regards to Gluten. The only reponse I got was "we have nothing Gluten Free". I insisted, calmly and respectfully, for the Gluten related ingredients but got no other replie other than "it is not Gluten Free". It seems to me that their responses were not based on knowledge about the presence of Gluten but more on not being willing to accommodate GF requests of any kind. I if course left and did not try anything in their menu.
