They no longer claim to offer any gluten-free options. The waiter explained that they previously offered some options, but they then realized that their pho did actually contain gluten. They were very friendly, but definitely not Celiac-safe.

Amazing Pho. Checked with the staff and all the broth dishes are safe and well as the spring roll appetizer.
