Review of Phở 555

Parking lot, 1098 S Federal Blvd, Denver, CO 80219

Review

This is a fairly standard Vietnamese place in Denver’s Little Saigon district, specializing in, of course, Pho, the delicious rice noodle soup. Pho should theoretically be GF since it’s rice noodles, though at some places the broth has some. There wasn’t GF info on the menu, though many items probably are - rice and meat plates, vermicelli bowls.

I’m usually quite wary of non-dedicated restaurants, but asked the waiter to confirm the pho was GF and he’s just “yeah”. So I tried it, and 100% success! No perceivable reaction and I’m usually sensitive. Also the “small” Pho was pretty huge.

Atmosphere is casual and they were playing Mash and super loud electronic music on a Monday night - also, place was packed around 6 pm.
