I was made so sick here. Their English is minimal so my first visit I was told it was gluten safe. I think I was glutened and made sick by the MSG. I was miserable for 24 hours and it took over a week for me to feel normal again. Recently I was looking for a safe place for me to eat downtown with a group of friends. I inquired in the restaurant and was emphatically informed that they are NOT gluten-safe. Good to know!

The guy taking my order had to go get someone else because he didn’t even know what gluten was. Ultimately all their broth and meats seem to have gluten, with no dedicated kitchen space
There were very few gluten-free options. All their broths, meats, and sauces I asked for seemed to have gluten. Ultimately I could only have shrimp spring rolls with no peanut sauce. Which they brought out next to my spring rolls anyways
The server we ended up with was really sweet and did his best to help me even though they were slammed. He even gave me a free third spring roll cause he felt bad I couldn’t have any of what I had wanted

Pho here is not GF. My son has celiac. Waiter was helpful, there were only a couple options. He had chicken curry number 27, and had no issues. Waiter said another option was Pad Thai without the chicken.
I have only had the number 7 soup and the spring rolls here, but they are both gluten free. I haven’t tried anything else, but if you want a good and authentic pho, this is the place.
