I was really craving some pho so I called them to ask if they had gluten free options based on the mixed reviews on here. The guy who answered said “I don’t know if we do. I’m very busy. Bye bye” and hung up the phone. When I called back they didn’t answer. The fact that they couldn’t even answer the question or have basic customer service skills makes me not trust their ability to make me a safe meal, nor do I want to give my money to them.

Not safe for anyone with celiac! I talked to the manager and they told me that, due to their cross contamination, it would not be safe to order there. They use the same water to boil gluten containing ingredients and gluten free noodles

Their pho is very good and the staff is kind. You should try their boba drinks, I personally recommend the lychee boba.

I'm a very sensitive celiac and eat pho here often. Staff is very friendly.

I wish that I had the experiences that the previous commenters have. Each time I have ordered from this place, I have been made to feel like an annoyance for requesting my meal to be gluten free. Three times so far, I have ended up having reactions. Today was the worst reaction of them all. The girl who always takes my order (you'll know her by her inability to smile or be nice, ever) could care less whether or not my food is or isn't gluten free, and I will no longer be gambling with my health by eating here.
I gave it two stars because the woman who works here, possibly the owner, was so kind and helpful the first few times I had gone there, and the food is delicious. When she is not present, however, my food gets contaminated and tries to kill me. Sorry, lady. Please teach your staff about food safety.
