I finally found gluten free pho!! Their broth is celiac safe for me, and the owner knew well to tell me not to use hoisin. She also showed me which apps I can use, which sauces not to ask for, etc.. I appreciated that she asked me questions to learn more about catering to GF customers. I can’t wait to go back
