My husband and I love Pho and have been to this place a lot! Being celiac, I usually don't get to take part in most appetizers. Here, I was able to eat egg rolls!!! They were sooo delicious. I also had the steak pho. Highly recommend coming here next time you want pho. They're really knowledgeable with cross contamination and celiac!

We have eaten here quite a bit. My son, who has celiac disease, has never had an issue. Prior to us eating here, I spoke to the owner (we were regulars here before) and he assured me that the rare steak pho with beef broth was gluten free. That’s what we liked before so that was easy. My son is sensitive to cross contamination and has never had an issue. Also, the best Pho in the Denver metro area.

Ordered spring rolls and crispy egg rolls with the salad to go. They confirmed fresh oil for the crispy rolls and no gluten.

The peanut sauce is NOT gluten free is what two people confirmed for me so subbed a light chili sauce. I see another comment hear that peanut sauce is ok, but it seems they’ve changed their recipe or who they order the sauce from - NOT safe anymore.

Never gotten sick here and they are always so nice. Avoid the hoisin sauce because it definitely has gluten. The shrimp and pork spring rolls come with a peanut sauce that I asked about and is gluten free!

Didn’t get sick so that’s good. Lol

Gluten free and good food, but so busy it took us 20 minutes to be talked to after we were seated and then 30 more to get our food. Everyone was served separately even though we were getting very similar options. Pho takes about 0 seconds to make, so this was pretty bad service in my eyes. Bummer.

Rich meaty pho broth! The gluten free fried shrimp were also delicious. Both came with lots of fresh herbs and garnishes.

Love this place! The pho is very good and a great price!! They are very helpful letting you know what to avoid.
