Pho Alley

Most pho is naturally gluten free, but I still like to ask the staff to make sure. The waiter did not know much about Celiac Disease, but he said he would double check with the chef before bringing me my order. If there was no concern, he said he'd put my order in. My meal was brought out by another server, so I didn't follow up. The pho was very tasty, and I had no gluten issues.
