Review of Pho Bac Súp Shop

Some of my favorite pho in Seattle, both locations. Never had a reaction and I am very sensitive celiac. Staff are knowledgeable about gluten free and what to avoid (mainly eel sauce or peanut sauce - soy sauce containing). Always delicious, the brisket pho is just 🤤 All pho is GF, as long as you don’t add the sauces mentioned, and they prepare it at the front, separate area from where Bahn Mi sandwiches are made (in the back.
