Pho Café

Great spot. I called and asked what was gluten free and they said the pho chicken, beef, or veggie was gluten free. He said the vermicelli was not GF because of the marinades. Pho beef was delicious.

The menu is so simple yet so good! They probably use less than 10 ingredients so the quality is really good. Steak in shrimp spring rolls has soy sauce (get it with no steak), and beef balls may have gluten

great pho!! i’m super sensitive and had no reaction after. also got the spring rolls but DO NOT eat the sauce that comes with them (has hoisen in it)(not worth getting without sauce, they were pretty bland). no dedicated fryer so nothing fried, make sure to check if you’re getting something with tofu. i got the chicken pho and it was great!

All phos here are gf! And they actually put effort into their veggie broth unlike most pho places. And it’s sooo good! NIMA APPROVED!!!!
