Pho Chu The

We were there on a Friday evening and it closed at 8pm so something to be aware of. The gf options are the soups (except meatball soup). The soups are VG, but there are no other gf (non-soup) options, which I would have preferred.

The gf soups are not specifically marked on the menu which would have been helpful. But the server pointed them out and was friendly.

Cute spot, waitress knew what was gf on menu. Had noodle soup with medium rare beef. No issues. Paid at front.

Cute little place hidden in an unlikely area. I called ahead and the staff knew exactly which menu items were GF. Most of the soups are GF. Sadly, the vermicelli bowls are not GF but the soup was excellent. The staff double checked that the rest of my party did not need a GF meal.

Huge selection of pho. All of them are naturally gluten free excluding any containing beef balls or egg noodles. Server very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the other menu items that are gluten free.
