Pho Cong Ly Noodle & Grill

The spring and house fried rolls were gluten free and the spring roll was my favorite. The pho was good. Not the best I’ve had, but definitely good.

Unfortunately, I have eaten at this location and thought I was eating a safe meal but it turns out it is not. I’ve dined in several times and have asked if the meal contains soy sauce(gluten) and the cashier girl who is there every time I’ve been, is reluctant to help me. She doesn’t want to ask the kitchen, she doesn’t know the ingredients in the menu, and she has been there since the place opened. Recently, I went to order delivery through Yelp and GrubHub and noticed their menu stated gluten free, so I selected one of those meals, and ordered. I also put in the note section, “no soy sauce, no gluten, no wheat.” Minutes later I received a phone call from them stating the meat already comes in soy sauce. She said the meat they use in the Pho is plain but they could not use it in the rice meals (so silly!). So I was forced to cancel my order and they will be loosing my husband and I as customers.
