Pho tai was flavorful and delicious. Staff had no idea about whether it was gluten free so I had to ask my own questions/ use my own knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine to ask about how they make the broth and decide to eat here.
Server was completely disinterested in a conversation and barely acknowledged my request for the staff to change gloves. If that would make you scared to consume the food, I’d skip this place. I personally feel really familiar with Vietnamese food and decided to order.

Fabulous family-owned Pho/Vietnamese restaurant. Ask for rice or rice noodles. Best spring rolls (rice paper)! Our family has gone there weekly for years. Our daughter is celiac and has never had an issue.
