Pho Everest Vietnamese Restaurant

I get the rare steak Pho every time and have never had a reaction! It taste amazing and most of the menu is GF. I have had the chicken and steak pho and it is naturally gluten free, they do give you a side of hoisin and Sriracha but I ask to leave the hoisin out because it has gluten. I have also ate the spring rolls. The staff is very friendly and have been knowledgeable about celiac in my experience.
