Review of Pho Hung Vuong Saigon

No gluten free menu, but when I get the sliced beef pho with vermicelli noodles instead of the regular noodles it is gluten free! Don’t add any of the sauces on the table and just have as is with the lemon and basil that they bring to the table with the bowl of pho. Super tasty.

They are not aware of what gluten is, but I’m a very sensitive coeliac and have never had an issue post-dining here. Some of the waitstaff will not understand what you want when you ask to replace the noodles (limited English) but if you persevere someone will understand and can make the order for you. It is fantastic and well worth the effort!
