Review of Phở Hưng

Had the classic pho with rare beef and brisket several times and never gotten sick! The owner assured me that there is no gluten in the kitchen (including the fryer) though I’ve noticed that their soups come with what I’m pretty sure is hoisin sauce on the side which is not gluten free. Having said that, I have pretty extreme sensitivity to cross contamination and this is a new go-to for me!
