All of the pho and the bun bo hue are GF! The hoisin sauce is not, however, but it comes on the side.
Pho is for Lovers does have banh mi on their menu, which does pose some risk for some cross contamination, but the staff is very helpful, and I feel very comfortable eating here without experiencing any negative reactions.

I live out of town but come to Dallas frequently and I miss this place when I am gone. It’s soooo good. Get the spring rolls they are worth it (they have meat/shrimp in them)! Don’t add hoisin sauce though

Tasty GF pho! Have been there several times with no reaction. The people taking orders are knowledgable about gluten and the cooks are about 20 feet behind the counter if questions need to be asked.

My first experience with Pho was here about a year ago. I love it! All pho and summer rolls are GF. Yummy! My daughters and I all have Celiac. We’ve never gotten sick!

The broth is made in kitchen, so they can ensure it doesn’t have gluten in it. Their fried egg rolls are made with rice paper (not just their spring rolls). Their Banh Mi isn’t gluten free though.
