Communication was a little tricky but the waitress was able to indicate which dishes did not have gluten; a subset of the menu but enough to chose from. Not sure about cross contamination as was unable to adequately ask questions and get answers about dedicated fryer, celiac protocol in the kitchen etc.

This little pho place was near where we returned our car rental. The waitress was excellent and brought products out for me to read the labels. The shrimp, with vermicelli and rice paper spring roll was delicious. I cannot be confident that cross contamination might happen here but for me it was great.
