Unlike everyone's comments, they do not offer gluten free options. They made that very clear to me. I was turned away because they said they do not have gluten free options of any kind.

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

Yes

Egg rolls and wontons are obviously not gluten free. The rice dishes have soy sauce is part of the marinade they use for the meat but they can make it without the marinade if you ask :) and the pho was Pho-nomenal

We have been here a coupleTimes and had the pho and noodle bowls! Never been sick and the staff seems fairly knowledgeable.
