Pho Long Restaurant

I had the delicious brisket pho with no issues. GF menu items aren’t marked, but as another reviewer noted, a note on the back of the menu states that most items are gluten free and encourages questions. I didn’t ask about cross contamination policies, but given the overall lack of gluten items, it’s probably not a big concern.
