Pho Mai

We Nima tested their house special pho with meatballs once and there’s gluten in it. We went back and tested their lean beef pho and it came back with NO gluten. Apparently Vietnamese meatballs usually contain wheat. So I’d stay away from anything with meatballs even when they assure you that all phos are gluten free. Their spring rolls, unfortunately, are not gluten free because they include a crispy roll that’s not gluten free. We asked for it to be excluded once but the order came out with the crispy rolls intact. The wait staff forgot to let the kitchen know.
