Pho Noodle & Asian Cuisine

There are quite a number of menu items that are made with rice noodles instead of wheat products. Depending on the dish, you can generally request that wheat noodles be replaced with rice vermicelli. You're best off policing your own ingredients since the staff's GF knowledge varies greatly from person to person. (i.e. ask if a dish contains soy sauce, since the most common brands include wheat, or verify if noodles are wheat or rice based) They do not have dedicated GF items but I find it very easy to eat here without feeling limited to only a very few items.
