The Pho is gluten free provided you do NOT use the Hoisin Sauce provided on the side. This was excellent and I will return often.

I asked about gluten free and they immediately pointed out which Pho was gluten free. I had one with steak, brisket, and flank. The waitress always pointed out to me which things on the table were GF. I felt safe, didn’t get sick, and would go back!
