Pho Saigon

Never never go here!! Called ahead: they said “yes, we can do gluten-free.” Ordered at table and explained we both were gluten allergic 5x, and individually confirmed with waitress/owner every item we ordered was gluten-free. I asked three times if the eggrolls are gluten-free, and then demanded to know if the oil was gluten-free, assured everything was safe.(“ everything we cooking it is gluten-free, we don’t use wheat in fryert” When she delivered our eggrolls, they looked like the regular Chinese ones that have gluten, so (after waiting 10 minutes for her to come back to the table) I insisted she go double check. Kitchen door was open, so from my seat I saw her open the freezer, take out the frozen box, read the label, and then she cane out and said, “oh yes they do have wheat.” No apology. we walked out.

Majority of pho soups using rice noodles are excellent. Great, fresh food. Large portions. Avoid the BBQ and soy sauces.
