This local pho place is delicious. They don't add msg or any other gluten filled additives to their pho or spring rolls. If you know your stuff, this is a great place to try. Avoid the peanut sauce and hoisin sauce, but the garlic chili and Sriracha are fine. My husband and I both have gluten sensitivity (not celiac), and we've never gotten sick in the dozen times we've been here. There is no gluten free menu, and the staff aren't knowledgeable, but if you know you're stuff, you should be okay. The pho itself is okay as it comes no changes needed. Give it a shot.
