Pho Tibet

I’ve eaten here numerous times - always ordered the pho - have had good experiences. They’re knowledgable about what does or doesn’t have gluten, which is not always the case for a pho place!

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I got the lemongrass chicken pho and while I didn’t experience a severe glutening, I felt like shit the rest of the night and had terrible bloating. Won’t be returning next time I’m In town- most likely a bit of cross contamination.

So far I’ve eaten here twice with no problem. If the server does not know the answer to a question s/he will ask the kitchen.

The pho has no MSG which is also a big deal for me.

The lemongrass chicken in the summer roll had lovely crunchy bits from being seared on the grill.

The duck salad was amazing.

I liked the vegetarian pho better than the beef. It was incredibly good. I put the chicken in it because the vegan protein has gluten. Delicious.

I’m meeting friends there again in 2 days.
