Their soup broth is completely gluten free! However, their Hoisin sauce is not. So bring your own (I do!)

I'm extremely sensitive. Have eaten the Pho and Vermicelli salad many times here and have never had a negative physical reaction. Make sure you let them know you don't want any eggrolls that come with dishes as they sometimes place it directly on the food depending on what dish it is - they will be happy to accommodate.

I ordered one of the many pho options on the menu (#15) with an iced Vietnamese coffee. None of the sauces on the table (e.g. the Hoisin sauce) are gluten free, but the pho without any additional condiments was delicious.
