The person I spoke with did not speak much English, but she was able to confirm that their broths do not contain any soy sauce or fish sauce and are made from scratch. The noodles are all rice noodles. I got the shrimp pho and did not get sick. Of note, I am not celiac so cross contamination is not a concern for me.
