Updated review: After eating here fairly frequently for almost a year, this is my favorite pho place in Seattle. All their broths are gf including the spicy beef one, and all the meats except the meatball are. The fresh rolls are gf too and so tasty.

Previous review:

I'm less confident this place is celiac friendly than the other reviewer. I've had mixed luck on server knowledge and language barriers as to what's gluten free. I don't believe they have dedicated kitchen space. Their food is pretty good but eating it makes me nervous.

Awesome food and we haven’t had issues the two times we have been there. There spicy broth is VERY spicy, proceed with caution.

The pho menu is entirely gluten aside from the fried onions that are on top of of the chicken and shrimp pho — but if you get it without the fried onions, you're SAFE. The flavor is incredible. They support local farmers and believe that their food and water should promote health. They pay their employees living wages and the owner Cathy has the biggest heart. Her daughter Carol who is the server is VERY knowledgeable about allergies, she walked me through the entire menu and helped me feel very confident about ordering pho. Again, the food is INCREDIBLY tasty and the family owned business is SO SWEET.
