Staff extremely knowledgeable on gluten!

Delicious pho!! Tofu is the only protein marinated in soy. Summer rolls where bomb. Brisket pho straight fire!!

Pho, vermicelli bowls, rice dishes and appetizers. All meats are not marinated in soy sauce, only the tofu is. Staff were fairly knowledgeable and tried to answer all my questions. They even made smoothies normally made with milk with coconut milk instead!

Pho Viet Flare is a great pho restaurant. The atmosphere is casual. The staff are very friendly and helpful, open to answering any questions. I have eaten here several times with no complaints. The brisket was great and the broth was not salty, but rather flavorful without relying on too much sodium. I will certainly be going again.tl;dr -. Great food, atmosphere, and staff. Gluten friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.
