Pho Viet Noodle House & Restaurant

Their Pho is gluten free. They don’t have gf hoisin sauce. I brought my own one time and it was great. This Pho tastes good without hoisin. I ate here at least 6 times and have not gotten sick. I’m super sensitive. You are limited to pho soups only. If you want to ask questions just make sure they get the right person to you because one of the servers doesn’t know, and he brought over a lady that DID.

They have gluten free options on website. Got to the restaurant and server had no idea what I was asking. He gave me a business card and said to order Uber or Doordash.. ?? I repeated gluten free and he just shook his head not understanding

EDIT: Owner came over and asked why I wasn’t eating. He told me all the Pho is GF and made me a bowl. It was very good. So speak to owner for GF options.

Their website seems to indicate they have a large gluten free menu but they actually do not have one. Also I was told the only gluten free choices were some of their soups. I was told all their sauces...even fish sauce...had gluten. The pho soup I had was very good and had no reaction after eating it. At least the staff was knowledgeable- just disappointed their options were so limited, unlike their website seemed to indicate.
