Delicious gluten free pho. We had the chicken pho and were very happy with it.

DC's best pho happens to be gluten free! (No soy or hoisin sauce in the soup or meat marinades, delicious noodles are all rice.)Recommend the spicy lemongrass with chicken, three-quarters spicy. Yes, you can order level of heat in 1/4ths.
