Family restaurant serving traditional Vietnamese food including pho (rice noodle soup with meat). Owner will answer your questions about gluten and is knowledgeable about avoiding contamination. There is a language barrier so be clear with your questions. Almost all food on menu is gluten free but avoid wontons and avoid beef balls. Owner says that she uses a separate wok for pho when it includes beef balls (they have a wheat binder in them). She has a gluten free spring roll option too. According to owner, beef broth is slow cooked 16 hours - good for your gut! This is not a fine dining "feel" so be prepared for that and expect to pay $18+tax for your meal. However compared to Mr Red across the street there are many more GF options here.
