Our family has gone to this restaurant since 2006. When our daughter was diagnosed with Celiac in 2012, the owners brought every single ingredient out of the kitchen to ensure the food was safe. All broth and ingredients from kitchen are gluten free. Table service include hoison and soy sauce that are not GF but they are not in the kitchen. My daughter has eaten here at least 100 times in last 11 years and never once been sick. The owners care whole-heartedly about the families that eat at their restaurant. I cannot recommend this place enough. We absolutely love them.
