Was happy to find a pho place nearby! The menu is not marked, but we called to confirm what was GF. I think most of the pho (no soy sauce in the broth), but definitely call and check. We got the meatball/beef pho. The broth was delicious!! I think I’ll get the chicken pho next time because I didn’t really care for the meatball texture (more like sausage). Happy to have another restaurant to add to our roster for take out!

Was craving Pho and felt very safe eating here. The staff assured me the broth and Pho ingredients were gluten free. They were very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back again and did not feel sick after

It’s been a long time since I had pho. But I had a craving today so I went in search of a good place to order take out. I read before that most Vietnamese cuisine is gluten free so I wasn’t too worried about finding some that would be safe for me to eat (since I am celiac). But I was surprised how many places I called that told me theirs had gluten in it or, that most unforgivable answer for a knowledgeable restaurant, “I don’t know.” I also didn’t feel like driving all the way down to Quangs (the one restaurant that actually had gluten free reviews). So I was delighted to find Phoever! Relatively new to the neighborhood, they had a well marked menu and the staff was well informed and very helpful. And the food was exceptional!! We ordered two kinds of pho, one with beef and meatballs and one with chicken, as well as the spring rolls. The spring rolls were crisp and fresh, the beef pho was rich and very flavorful, and the chicken pho was outstanding! We loved it all! And no consequences after eating it! Definitely a place we would recommend to others and one we will add to our normal rotation!
