I asked about gf options. All noodles are rice noodles and they can do steamed chicken shrimp or beef. She said the meat could not be done on the grill because that sauce has gluten and there would be cross-contamination. The pho is gf. I had the chicken rice bowl and it was absolutely amazing! They also have boba tea. In a few weeks they will have a chicken-rice soup that's gf.
