Waiter didn't know the term celiac, but understood gluten intolerance. I ordered the pork vermicelli bowl (without the egg roll) and she came back to tell me that the "special sauce" that comes with the vermicelli bowls is not gluten free. She offered sweet chili sauce mixed with vinegar as an alternative, I accepted, and it was great! Portion was very large, pork nicely caramelized with char marks, which I love.
Service was excellent. Pretty crowded at 3:45pm, so I imagine that lunch and dinner hour would be busy. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the establishment could have been cleaner. A few flies and the bathroom was a little ratty. Despite that, I would definitely eat here again.

Really a 4.5 star place. We just had the chicken broth noodle soup. The soup was tasty and nicely spiced and the veggies with it very fresh. The service was great; the server's knowledge of the gluten-free diet was really good and she steered me in the right direction. They even remembered to leave off the little deep fried shallots (not GF). We will go back and try some other items and we'll take some chair cushions since the metal chairs are really uncomfortable. There is quite a large variety of beer on tap and even Double Shovel local cider. The place was generally clean but the bathrooms could really use a remodel/upgrade.
